Who is responsible

PRIME ONLINE SOLUTIONS L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates Writing Intelligence and is responsible for the personal information described here.

Information we process

• Account information. Your email address, account identifier, email verification status and authentication records. Password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, which stores password hashes.
• AI model connections. The clients you authorize, their granted access, connection dates and the credentials needed to maintain those connections.
• Writing content. Your request, preferences, clarification answers and any facts, drafts or context you submit. The writing engine processes this content in memory. It does not save it as writing history or in your account database.
• Saved preferences. If you used an earlier version that supported saved writing preferences, those account records may remain stored. They are not required to use the current writing options.
• Billing information. Stripe processes payments and payment method details. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, billing period and payment update identifiers to manage access. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes, and do not send writing content to Stripe.
• Support messages. Your email address and the information you send when contacting us.
• Technical records. Hosting, authentication and email services may process IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, security events and delivery records to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information to provide your account, prepare writing guidance, maintain connections you authorize, deliver verification and recovery emails, answer support requests and prevent abuse. We also process information when needed to meet legal obligations.

We do not use submitted writing content to train AI models. Writing Intelligence does not call a model provider to generate the finished text.

Service providers and AI models

Hetzner hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication and account storage. Hostinger provides email delivery and our support mailbox. These providers process information needed for their services. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the billing portal. Its Privacy Policy explains how it handles payment information.

Processing may take place outside the United Arab Emirates. Provider infrastructure, operational services and support can operate in multiple countries.

When you connect an AI model client, it can access the writing guidance and account information covered by the authorization you approve. You can revoke its access in Account settings.

When you copy a prompt or use a connection, your AI model provider processes the conversation under its own privacy terms. Its storage and model training settings are separate from Writing Intelligence.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security threats or legal claims.

Cookies and tracking

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and complete account verification and recovery. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working.

The current website does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Service providers can still maintain operational and security records.

Retention and deletion

Writing requests and pasted material are processed temporarily rather than saved by the writing engine. Account and connection records remain while your account or authorization exists; inactive accounts are not automatically deleted.

You can request account deletion by emailing support@deloen.com. We may retain records needed for security, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Service logs, email records and any backup copies are subject to the relevant service’s retention and deletion processes.

Deleting your Writing Intelligence account does not delete conversations held by an AI model provider.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on it. You may also raise a concern with the competent data protection authority.

Email support@deloen.com to make a request. We may verify your identity before providing account information or making changes. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention as required by applicable law.
