The service
Writing Intelligence selects writing skills for your task and prepares instructions for your AI model. You can copy a generated prompt or use an authorized connection where your AI model client supports it. Your AI model generates the finished text.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Your account
Use an email address you control, provide accurate account information and protect your password. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and connected clients.
Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You can revoke AI model connections in Account settings.
Your content and results
You retain the rights you hold in the requests, sources and drafts you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material. You authorize us to process it as needed to provide the requested writing guidance.
Check generated prompts and finished text before using or publishing them. You are responsible for verifying facts, sources, permissions and suitability for your intended use. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, search rankings or a particular writing outcome.
Ownership and use of text generated by your AI model also depend on that provider’s terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not submit material you are not entitled to use, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Do not use the service to create unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements.
AI model providers and other services
Your AI model provider is a separate service. Its terms, privacy practices, availability and any charges apply independently. Direct connection support can change and is not available in every AI model client or account.
Writing Intelligence is not affiliated with or endorsed by an AI model provider solely because you can use it with that provider.
Availability and changes
We may update the service, correct errors or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance and security. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that the service will suit every task.
Paid subscriptions cost US$19 per month or US$190 per year. The yearly subscription is charged in full at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your price, billing period and total are shown in Stripe checkout before you purchase.
Cancel through Manage subscription in Account settings to stop the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Signing out or disconnecting an AI model does not cancel your subscription. Contact support@deloen.com with billing or refund questions; any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
We will post revised terms here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and revoke your AI model connections at any time. To request account deletion, email support@deloen.com.

Applicable law and your rights
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country remain unaffected.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
